What does working together look like?

It all begins with you. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you want to expand an already established business. Whatever it is, the first step in our working relationship, is for me to learn all about you! We will have an introductory meeting that is designed for me to get to know you and your company; how you currently operate, your strengths, your weaknesses, what your goals are, and what areas you need help in to achieve those goals.

Operational Inquiry.

We will complete a tailored Operational Inquiry form so that I can understand the current systems you are using and how you are completing your day to day tasks along with the broader tasks of your company. While working through this inquiry, we can start identifying ways to integrate me into your systems. For example, this could mean adding me as a user to your billing platform, creating a company email address for me to utilize or simply establishing how we will communicate with each other on a regular basis.

Start Working.

Depending on your package and my level of involvement, I will typically check in daily during the week to see what you need help with or discuss what the plan is for me to work on during the day or the remainder of the week is. Working together is a constantly evolving and ongoing process, especially at the beginning, while we figure out the most efficient ways for me to assist your company. After the start-up phase, I will regularly monitor communication and complete any tasks that need to be taken care of.
